I've been trying PE for about a week now on P3D2.1, and I've been having issues with the transponder window not coming up when I connect to PE. I am still able to communicate with ATC just fine and can see the AI traffic, but if ATC requests an IDENT, I am unable to comply. I've tried reinstalling t...
