Re: Teamspeak Server Info

Hey Denny, Not sure if your into joining VA's, but X - US Airways is a PE supported VA and we have a program for pilots to log hrs while flying on PE. We do have a minimum requirements to do so, but you can fly any aircraft you have, it doesn't have to be one of our official fleet planes. We have a ...

Steven,

I have the one for my mac from Tom Sedge that was released a couple years ago. Is there a difference b/w the one I have and the new one?

Re: Saitek Radio Panel with X-Plane

i just checked the .org ....looks like the window plugin is still not developed. probably the only thing us mac users have over the windows system. it's usually
the other way around and nothing will work on the mac :D

Re: Saitek Radio Panel with X-Plane

I had my multi panel go bad and saitek let me send it in and they replaced it. just keep your receipt from amazon and that's all you need if something happens

Re: Saitek Radio Panel with X-Plane

I agree with Steven

Probably one of the best things I have bought for XPLANE. It makes PilotEdge a lot more enjoyable, rather than having to mouse click everything, you can actually turn the radio
knobs. Works great, just download the plugin and connect it and it's ready to go.

Re: Use of full callsigns vs abbreviated

As I was logging off a few days ago using "King Air 940KA" as my callsign, I also heard "King Air 0KA" call the controller from somewhere else!

Re: online time

x-usairways has a pilot edge program. we don't really separate offline time and online time though, it's all time.

x-usairways.com

the program also allows you to fly any plane in your hangar, it doesn't have to be one of the official fleet planes

Re: Newbie question on ATC interaction

i usually just say "climb and maintain 5k, Warrior 33A"

I don't think there is a need to say the controller unless you are initiating the transmission.
