Is there a simple way to make other programs audio mute when another program is playing audio. Example, mute Itunes when a PE radio transition comes throught.

I am using FSX.

So, in the tec route system we have:

J - Jet powered
M - Turbo Props/Special
P - Non-Jet (cruise speed 190 knots or greater)
Q - Non-Jet (cruise speed 189 knots or less)

What kind of airplane is considered a Special?
