WUS preferred routes

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere but where is the best place to pick up preferred routes for the western expansion, as I am assuming the TEC route system doesn't exist there due to the greater distances? Currently I am using foreflight and it always provides route advise, I just wanted to kno...

Ksna in the news !

Not often I see John Wayne orange county on the BBC website ! Harrison ford landing on a taxi way , shows that even someone with over 5000 hours can screw up , makes me feel better :)

fun landings at KEGE

I flew a few practice runs for the LDA 25 approach, something I never normally do, but as its a bit special, along with some icy weather, I thought I was being prepared ! I'm sure theres a prepar3d pun in there somewhere. Anyway, still managed to screw it up, by virtue of the majestic dash 8 icing s...

Re: Great for Hardcore Simmers as well!

why eavesdropping doesn't always help!

I thought I would share this experience as it made me laugh (and cry a little too). I planned a route from KDEN to KSLC last night, and when I left the TRACON around Denver I heard a delta callsign get the ILS 16L into salt lake. Aha, I thought, it must be north landing today. So I spent some time s...

Re: Sim crashes

hey sid I too fly the dash 8 as a QXE call sign, but with P3D and it is pretty stable, the only crashes I have had are with the pmdg 737ngx, still not got to the bottom of those, possible the dreaded memory issue. I'm also UK based, I did hear you on the radio, nice to hear a fellow brit !
