Re: Aircraft Equipment Suffix
An A332 is /L as it has GPS/RNAV and is RVSM capable. Most modern airliners are /L (replacing /Q about a year ago). I've seen a lot file /Z as well Frankly we don't really know what half the stuff means, neither do the pilots it seems (at least up here in the sticks!) /Z is the same as /L without t...

Re: Please use charts!
Think I know who you're talking about.... He was referred to the program before hence him being proactive on it this time( heard this incident on the radio during someones stream) I don't think people understand the serious/professional nature of PE. Think they can hop on just like Vatsim and shoot ...

Re: RWDesigns Beech Duke out for XP10
I don't like it. Textures are nice, but that is just about it. Piston version uses stock x-plane sounds, the turbine version starts the plane for you once you hit start, the attitude indicator doesn't show how much you're banking, etc. If it was $15, maybe not as much of a big deal. But at $27-29( I...

Re: A Thin Line...
If they want us to readback "by the book," and expect ATC to enforce accurate read backs, they need to have all controllers on board and maybe send an email out so we can expect it. To have one controller expecting what this controller was, is silly, as he just comes off as a ridiculous c...

Re: A Thin Line...
I've got no issues with how he controls. Most of the time from what I have heard, the pilots were screwing up( missing information, changing/no callsigns, etc) and he handled it with courtesy mostly( didn't listen to the whole thing). If he wants you to say Expect FL290 after 5 minutes vs short hand...

It's like SASL( which Carenado uses I believe).
Unlike SASL though where it only runs when you use a product that uses SASL, Gizmo is always running.

Yaw damper works fine in the update. Never had issues with it. It's fixed.

Re: MisterX6 KPDX Launched!
MIsterX does a great job and I would love a quality KSLC( I already have Golden Gate, KSEA, Glitter Gulch, and KDEN from Tom Curtis) to complement the PE expansion, but oddly enough the East Coast is neglected. We need a good KMCO, KDCA, and KIAD. :D Vote east coast airports. :p But yeah KPDX is ano...

Re: New C172 for Xplane?
Guys I think this plane shows exactly what frustrates me so much about Xplane. People are naturally drawing comparisons between this and A2A products for FSX/P3D. Having watched Froogles review of it I am certainly not jumping for joy and running to the .org store to buy it. Compared to an A2A airc...

Can't use Oscar or India at all. Could be confused as a zero and an one.twharrell wrote:Ah, I didn't know you can't use Oscar at then end. Out of curiosity, why is that?
Also can't have a zero after November( Peter will have to explain that, I forgot what he told me in stream about that).
