Yeah, I have been able to get ATIS working on the second radio depending on some of the aircraft I've tried...it seems that different aircraft model the monitoring of radios differently.

Looks like other airports have some syntax errors but KONT and KCNO are the ones that X-plane complains about at startup. Looks like both KONT and KCNO have very different types of errors maybe.

I was able to obtain scenery for these two important airports for PE but the new version of X-Plane (v10.3+) has loading errors with them.
