Re: Headset with Side Tone

Just to let others know that may come across this in the future. I ended up getting a pair of Steele Series Arctis 5 headsets for $79. They have pretty good side tone and are pretty comfortable. https://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Arctis-Illuminated-Headset-Headphone/dp/B07CN5HR1N?hvadid=234392493290...

Re: Headset with Side Tone

Thanks Much.

Those are more than I was looking to spend but definitely a nice option. I found Corsair has a set (HS50) that users claim to have side-tone. The reviews aren't the best however. I may just have to get used to it until I'm willing to spend some extra $.

Thanks again.

Headset with Side Tone

I'm trying to buy new headset. Nothing fancy or expensive...Primary use is Flight Sim and PE. I'm having a hard time finding any that have side tone (or as some call it, mic monitoring). Any suggestions out there?

He´s a great tutor!
I second that. I've been working on my real world Inst Rating. I've learned a lot of nuances from Keith's workshops that my instructor or ground school didn't teach.
