I've seen a lot of debate online for if pilots should report vacating an altitude when offered descent at pilot's discretion. It seems to be required but not often done. Some premium options for Pilotedge (just like you can buy premium add-ons for Foreflight) sound like it could make sim pilot customers and the company happy.
