Well, now I feel like an idiot! Found it. Had to minimize P3D, Can't TAB to it.

Having an issue with P3DV3. Sim and PE appear to start up normally, although when in the Sim, I do not have the small client box (not sure what it's called, the small box with the Tx Rx lights, Norm, and IDENT ETC. buttons).
