In Scenario #2 Tumultuous Taos, it says "You must fly IFR for all of leg 1.”
Are we to set instrument weather conditions or just fly IFR procedures?

I love the new Sky High Charters feature. It’s nice to have a reason to keep the subscription. I suggest a new Forum Topic labelled “Sky High Charters”. There’s no information about it in a search.
