Final Approach KSNA
I have been making apporaches at KSNA for my I-01. 3nm from runway the airplane lifts up and I go above the GS. Then in order to get back down onto GS I have to almost dive with over a 1000 fpm decent. I let the AP do the approach and the same thing happens. I am stable on my decent up to that point...

ATC Communications
I am new to PE. I have two questions. Are the controllers on PE RW controllers also? Not that it makes a difference if I'll use it, I'm just curious. Next question: I have flown a couple IFR flights. Ok, Well with regards to Class D airports like KRST in MN with there own approach control. Is it just a good idea to call approach control when flying into the airport VFR for sequencing. Or is it required?
Thanks

Thanks for the response. So that would be true for Class B as well? If I want to transition Class B airspace or land at a Class B airport I only need to contact Tower before entering airspace? (VFR)
Thanks

Re: VFR: Confused between contacting tower or approach.
Colin I'm not 100% sure you HAVE to contact approach before you contact the tower. But the reason I do is because there is an approach control freq. for KRST. I looked at the airport info for KCRQ at AirNav.com and there isn't an approach freq. specificly for KCRQ. For example if you were flying int...
