I installed X=PLANE from scratch, and now it is working fine.

NOTE:
Restored the old version.
COM1 is set to 120.500 (SFO Tower).
Online map shows:
N6009M, C172 at 10ft, 0kt
199.998

Re installed 11.32, PE is working fine. I assume radio were busted.

That used to happen if your COM2 radio was set to another tower frequency and that frequency was one that you were receiving. It shouldn't be happening now, though. Just out of interest, try disabling your COM2 radio (if it isn't already), or try setting it to 122.75, 123.45, or another non-ATC fre...
