I also talked to a rw VNY controller this weekend and his response was "it's because all jets going over GMN need to be sequenced by center, every jet from SoCal goes over GMN to head north so the speed restriction is to allow center to sequence everyone in."

Hey Keith, yeah my guess would be that they don't want aircraft inflicting with traffic off of LAX on the CASTA2 RNAV, I'm pretty sure they fly right over the Valley, not sure of their altitude though.

Last night, flying on fs9. I was leaving the coverage area and decided to disconnect from pe. I disconnected ad then shut it down. When I shut it down and maximized fs9 again, it was just a black screen and after trying to minimize it again, it wouldn't budge. Anyone have this problem?
