Congrats for joining the club! Do you plan on continuing with and instrument rating? I am finding pilot edge a valuable tool in dusting off the rusty IFR comm skills.

After apply the latest patches for XPlane, I don't seem to be having the problem anymore. I'll keep an eye on it to see if it comes back.

Thanks to Keith for his great support I was able to get up and running. I had a couple of issues, but the primary was that I had misunderstood the limitations to ZLA for now. RTFM

This works great in Xplane 10 but the client isn't remembering my output preferences so I have to reset and restart xplane every time I reboot. Im on Windows 7 x64.

I've tried a couple of different times and airports since I switched from FSx to XPlane 10. The client connects and there is an annunciation that says "Connected" but when I tune a freq and try to raise a controller i get nothing. I am relatively new to the system but I am paying for it so...
