ILS RWY 20 for KPWT has "Procedure NA for arrival on SEA VORTAC airway radials 230 CW 310." R282 from SEA is a valid feeder route, because it has altitude, direction, distance and is the medium thickness line. Ostensibly, you could use it to enter this approach. But it's not an airway. In...

On review (http://audio.pilotedge.net/2020/10/2020 ... _18011.mp3, 12:45) it was "radar vectors SLI, then as filed," which you're right, is significantly different.
