Can i use PE on both XPLANE and MSFS with my one subscription or must I purchase another one?

Failed audio test new member
My new member audio test failed. Freq. 123.45. Both radios but x-plane 172 wouldn’t allow me to make both radios hot. Any help/ ideas appreciated.
