nice job guys/gal

I took a break from PE over the Summer since my life is hectic with various hobbies. Upon returning for the gloomy Indiana Winter weather and my hobbies ceasing until spring, it was nice to be back and flying around. I just wanted to say nice work to all the controllers who operate this set up. I'm ...

Re: Headset volume

What I've noticed is the volume will go down to nothing and is a pita to raise it after using it through Pilot Edge. It's almost like something takes control of the volume and leaves it a min. Next time your on, look at volume properties and see in fact if your's goes to the lowest setting. I log in...

Re: X Plane

Jim, Yes seem them "bill" had sent me the link to them. The only downfall is they don't operate near as smooth as the ones that came with them for FSX. Also having 8 of these gauges in use...I would like to not combine any of the gauges so I could simulate steam gauges as they would be in ...

Re: Real World Flying Videos w/ ATC in the PE Area

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWQgyuiDkrY&feature=share&list=UUt5M5yHiMqD-xRldoOeB4kA Here is a quick video of me flying the C182T (G1000) from Evansville to Indy. Seems like we were right at 11,000 on this trip...no approach as the camera batteries went dead...but it was well above mins......

Re: X Plane

If you find someone that can make our LCD screens work...let me know. It would be nice to have them work with both programs!

Re: X Plane

Having both...if you plan on ever buying Saitek's' gauges...they do not work with Xplane at all. I've got 9 gauges that are worthless if I run the Xplane. The weather on xplane is much better and having the ability to make your own "fronts" etc is really cool. I say if you want to fly VFR ...

Re: X-Plane

I was a firm Xplane driver for quite some time and even did my IR rating in Motus Level 3 sim which used guess which software....Xplane. The weather in Xplane is far better...set cold conditions ...get into IMC and watch stuff turn to ice just like in real life...where as the MSFS does nothing. I ha...

Re: ZOA?

NO worries....I'll just swap other keith...it's understandable and it's got to make sense on your part as well. It's still got plenty of of excitement and I do have some scenery packs for Socal area that are loaded !

Take care,
Mike
