Bumping this thread from the dead. I lost my FSX disks again, but own P3D as well. What exactly is the thread I'm looking for? Is it called p3ddll.xml, dll.xml? I've searched c:/ and my p3d directory, and can't find it.

I just started my IFR training in real life, and I was told that my next lesson was just practicing writing down clearances. In the real world and in sim, if you file, then call up for a clearances, but don't take off, does that activate SAR, or is your flight plan just considered not activated? I'm...
