KS can further expand on ZOA but in short, if you tune to 121.5 you can hear hammer and sawing as well as an occasional jackhammer. There's also a sign saying "under construction" although our aviation consultant says the sign should read "Standby, please".

March Air Reserve base is now considered a towered airport again. It is the only towered airport on PE that has active drone traffic using a runway. When given a crossing instruction as part of the approach clearance you report initial descent because you are descending to an ASSIGNED altitude. I liked the focus fields I think we can narrow the focus, at previous there were about 8 options. Probably better off with simply controoled pair, ucontrolled pair.
