Re: Audio Problems
What is your operating system? Are your headphones USB or analog attached? IF USB attached to a Windows PC in my experience the robotic "tin"ey sound is either from dropped packets are mismatched digital audio sampling rates. For me the problem sometimes occurs on Skype and listening to yo...

Re: Welp, had my first bad flight.
First. Should we assume that the flight in question is VFR and you were attempting to get flight following? So I can understand, what was your thought process to contact departure on the ground in a towered airport for VFR flight following? Also wondering if you had the airport diagrams and airport ...

Please confirm the order that each PC is brought up. The instructions indicate the slave(s) are brought up first.
Confirm that PE is installed on all 3 PC's.
Confirm that only the Master PC is used to "connect" to PE.

port forwarding for unsolicited IP traffic
I forwarded port UDP 3290. Still no joy.... Ideas? There are TONS of us using PE with absolutely zero router configuration. Just the default configuration. Port forwarding is mainly used to allow unsolicited IP to be allowed from the outside to the inside. Normally the default router configuration ...

Re: X-Plane 11 Release in November and more info
Just wondering what the chances of PE working with X-Plane 11 are. Are there any XP11 PE beta testers out there?

I have a Windows 10 Pro, wondering if it is compatible with PilotEdge? Plenty of us are using Win10 home and pro and yes it is compatible. However your post does not state if this is the 32 or 64 bit version. I have a newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable on my machine - the on...

Just wondering. Are you aware of the web site http://www.myflightroute.com
Check out the number of "highlighted" FBO's.

Highlighted FBO's are believed to be owned by PilotEdge users.

Re: PC-12 For Sale - Deal Available for PE Members
The PC12 is my favorite plane to fly. It's fast. It's advanced. Under FSE it's a serious v$ maker as long as you can keep it full. When I bought my PC12, I had to ferry it across the entire United States to get into the PE coverage area. Here's a PC12 already in the PE coverage area. For anyone out ...

Re: Sound setup for Windows 10
Open the volume mixer windows control panel app. One method is to right click on the speaker icon in the lower right corner. The other method is to type "adjust system volume" in the search box. On Win10 the mixer can be accessed from the "settings" control panel. Type "volu...
