Copied. I'll stay away from flying this bird on PE as long as those issues haven't beed fixed. I read in their forums that the auther of XView is aware of it and we'll see if he can do something about it.
The GS problems seems to be the hardest to solve, as X-Planes GS dataref is not writable.

Re: Does Aerowinx PSX with XView work with PilotEdge?
Thanks Keith!
Will those two issues make it a pain for controllers or wouldn't it be a problem when I let them know that it's a kown limitation of this setup?

Does Aerowinx PSX with XView work with PilotEdge?
Every once in a while I am thinking about getting PSX, and now with the expansion it's becoming even more attractive. Are there any PSX+XView users here who can comment about how this combo works with Pilotedge? I.e. are radios and transponers working without issues? What about TCAS (although I woul...

Re: Western US Expansion open house complete
+1, first thing I did while having my morning coffee.
I was only able to squeeze in two flights in the WUS during the trial, but looking forward to many more!

Re: 31 DEC 2016 - Last ACT of the Year on PE!
Once again I'll have to call this one off, as I'm not at home on the 31st. I'll be back on January 2nd and I hope to find some time to finally try out the expansion then. Didn't have time to fly since the start. Life can be hard.

Re: Thanks and Happy Holidays and New Year
I'd also like to say thank you to the whole staff and I wish all staff and users a merry christmas and a happy new year! It's only been about a year since I joined PE and I don't have time to fly too often, but this already has raised my knowledge, flying skills and online flying confidence to a who...

Re: X Plane 11
I really hope too, that they overthink that part of the UI and at least offer an option for showing advanced settings if the user wants them. If there's one thing that I found great when I switched to X-Plane 10, it was the fact that you could fine-tune the sim in almost any direction without the ne...

Re: Request: extended PE service time in the weekends
No problem at all! The service as-is is great already, you guys (and girl) do an awesome job! Having 24h coverage on weekends is just a nice dream for now, not something I would consider necessary in any way. Who knows, maybe some years from now we will have a european divison of PE, covering centra...

Re: Looking for some clarification
It might also be unclear that there's no need to literally fly direct to KSAN. As long as you follow the general direction without too wild course and altitude changes, you won't get questioned about this when on FF. It's your own responsibility to stay clear of airpaces for which you would need an ...

Re: Looking for some clarification
1.) "Cancel altitude restrictions" does not also cancel a prior heading command. You will get something like "resume own navigation" as a separate instruction in this case. 2.) I guess you would indeed need a new clearance if you were clear of the bravo before. But I think it's b...
