Re: A New Beginning?
Just finished watching all three videos and Jiva's right - makes me want to scrap everything and start over. What an amazing setup! Cheaper than the real thing and you don't have to pay rent on a hanger!

Re: Help Switching from Prepar3d to X-Plane and my opinion
I don't have the time to provide links but off the top of my head but a Google search will find these: - ALPilot's HDv3 Mesh is a good match to ORBX FTX Global and Vector, plus it's free. - Any MisterX scenery - Jason Chandler's freeware aircraft from http://www.c74.net/xplane/ -- take the time to s...

Re: HD Scenery Frame Rates
First guess: The mainboard/motherboard may not have the horsepower to move enough data or fast enough to the video card to process. I have FSX:SE on an Intel Core i5-4460 (quad core, 3.2 GHz) and a GT640 card with 1GB VRAM and I get 30FPS in most places, until I hit a 10 mile radius of KLAX. This is...

Reading through it now. I might do a pull request and see what I can modify on that existing project.

Request: Amazon Echo Alexa Skill for METAR
Anyone with some mad skillz know how to work up an Amazon Echo skill for METAR? I'm starting to dig around a bit myself.
