Re: X-Aviation's Real Weather Connector
So any word on how this plugin affects performance? One of the boasted features is that it draws up to six(!) layers of clouds versus the traditional three. Although I like the idea of being able to use a real weather plugin (currently I use none) in conjunction with this plugin to draw the sky beyo...

Re: ATC Help (Progress Update Day 2 of PilotEdge)
In addition to the resources posted above, there are a lot of great flight training videos on YouTube that cover a variety of topics, and many of them are focused on various radio communication procedures and phraseology. MzeroA is probably the most popular and well known, but they're not the only o...

Seconded! Good luck, I hope their support team remedies the issue soon. It can be frustrating when a fix is out of your hands and you're dependent on the efforts of others, been there and done that.

Re: Minimum cruise speed?
Froogle himself is a pretender. I don't consider him a credible source of simulator aircraft reviews. I would instead consider reviews of people who actually have flight time and / or real knowledge of aviation. On the whole, I agree with you. Though I tend to give Froogle the benefit of the doubt ...

^ As always, leave it to the professionals. I wasn't even thinking about the airspace rules.

Re: First Flight Complete!
In the UK vfr traffic can request a more controlled service called a deconfliction service which is like a traffic service but also the controller provides flight instructions to maintain deconfliction - under affect you are under full control. Is there equivalent of this service in the US? Not for...

Re: First Flight Complete!
Out of interest when conducting a vfr flight through class g airspace, what radar services are available and terminology is used to request them. In the UK a vfr aircraft can request 3 types of service from a LARS, basic, traffic and deconfliction. I guess it is not the same stateside! I conduct a ...
