[P3D] KSNA - Latin VFR Scenery
Some shots from the new John Wayne scenery. P3Dv2.4. Looks great, but frame rate leaves something to be desired. Not too bad given the sheer amount of autogen in the area. Originals since the board seems to crop: http://imgur.com/a/rMV73 http://i.imgur.com/4v3w4Y1.jpg http://i.imgur.com/e6n7vQC.jpg ...

Frequency chart?
Out of curiosity, is there a chart that shows all the various center and approach frequency zones for the Pilotedge area? The Sectional and TAC charts have the "CTC X App within 20nm" boxes all over them, but they often don't correspond with the frequencies I get handed off to as I trundle...

Re: Charlie and Delta transitions with VFR Flight Following?
Thanks for the answers guys, sorry about the can of worms! Sounds like from a pilot's perspective it boils down to: "You'll most likely be handed off, but if not, call and ask for a frequency change well before busting the airspace"...

Re: feedback for next event
Plus, it's always fun to hear things like "watch for wake turbulence" or "Cessna 123, fall in behind the 747 on taxiway..." Ahaha, this reminds me of taking flying lessons at a USAFB Aeroclub while growing up... we're holding for wake turbulence in a Cessna 152 while a C-130, a ...

Charlie and Delta transitions with VFR Flight Following?
Was hoping you guys could clear up a few questions about Charlie and Delta transitions and required radio communications. I know for Class Bravo, you have to be explicitly cleared into the airspace, that's pretty straight forward. For Class Charlie and Delta you have to establish "two-way radio...

Re: who to call for flight following
If the airport you're leaving doesn't have a published departure frequency, another way to find the overlying ATC is to look at the IFR Enroute-Low chart, and find the nearest radio box. I just wish they'd print those on the VFR sectionals too.

Re: FSX - Turn off AI radio traffic?
Thanks Gents, looks like I was still getting UT2 traffic and chatter for some reason last night. Stopped UT2 traffic and the chatter went away.

Re: FPS & Visual quality reduction
I'm having the same issue, but can't find the option to disable the transponder in the new FSX client. Any hints?

FSX - Turn off AI radio traffic?
Is there any way to disable the AI radio traffic while connected to Pilotedge so I only hear live ATC? Will dumping the air traffic sliders in game do it, or is the traffic based on the Pilotedge created AI traffic?

Re: heavy traffic
I wish you guys would advertise a little more. I've been flying X-plane for a couple of years now and have used VATSIM occasionally, but I literally did not know Pilotedge existed until I heard it mentioned randomly in a video reviewing some X-Plane scenery a few weeks ago. There's got to be more gu...
