Request: Remove Drones from Catalina KAVX
There is a freeware addon for Catalina (KAVX) for both FSX and P3D which offers a sloped runway. The only issue is that the drones sit and taxi above the ground at this airport. I wouldnt normally request this, especially on a payware airport but since this airport is freeware for all to have and of...

Re: Oz Rally Flight
I plan on doing it some time between Feb 21st and March 1st. Just going to play the local weather and do it on a ugly weather day here outside so I dont feel bad about sitting inside all day on the computer.

Oz Rally Flight 1900zulu Sunday Feb 23
During my Staycation coming up at the end of the month, I'm thinking of doing a Oz rally flight in the A2A Civilian Mustang and tour all the Payware Oz fields (with the exception of YMAV). Would start at YPJT fly north to Broome then Alice, up to Cairns and down the East coast to end in Melbourne. C...

Taking a spanking
There are some great controllers on PE and I greatly appreciate their professionalism and ability to inform pilots like myself what I need to know that I havent gotten to practice while simming using only default ATC. I look forward to the day where I am comfortable doing voice calls on PE and its b...

For anyone interested that has a CHProduct Yoke, this is a step by step way to assign a key stroke to your yoke button for the mic. This is just a option to the other options out there. Sir; MAKING A BUTTON A KEY STROKE WITH CONTROL MANAGER -------------------------------------------------- In order...

Re: Pilot Introductions
Hello from Nantucket, MA. New to PE, my name is Nathan Palmer and I have been simming since FS98. Love what PE does and brings to the sim world. You'll find me flying out of Ramona, CA (KRNM) while in PE using an A2A plane or perhaps a RealAir one as I enjoy the system modeling as well. My main PE F...

Re: Sound Advice
I've had that module since FS9 when we couldnt separate ATC from the other sounds. FSX allows one to do this with a center channel or USB headsets. However, the ATC module from Go Flight still allows me to adjust the computer volume of ATC and squelch it. The end results are all the sim sounds of th...

Sound Advice
Wanted to share a quick idea for anyone who might be interested in how I solved my sound issue I was having where it was hard to hear ATC over the engine/environment noises in my headset. Normally one can just bring down the volume levels using the sound levers in FSX however, A2A and their plane so...
