Re: My attempt at making the "M-Ratings": the DCS I-ratings
The Hornet in DCS can fly the TACAN approaches (but not the ILS approaches). You just can't do it on PilotEdge because it's not a supported platform. (That being said, if you have some Lua skills, you could modify the PilotEdge.lua file to support it, using the SimpleRadioStandalone.lua file from S...

Re: My attempt at making the "M-Ratings": the DCS I-ratings
Wow nice work sir. Nice to have new challenges. This is something to practice off line for sure. Then online once I have a clue lol. You mention "In DCS, you can fly these lessons with the F-5E Tiger, Mirage 2000C, or the A-10C "Warthog". - Is the DCS FA18 Hornet, using it's TCN able ...

KCNO Scenery
Does anyone have a freeware custom KCNO Chino? ( X-Plane 11 ) The stock Gateway version isn't horrible, but would be pretty cool to have some better looking buildings and hangers at this airport. I'm not very good with WED, but figured maybe one of you guys have done some handy work on this airport....

Re: Coast to Coast now available for FREE!
I flubbed that one, my mistake. I was so used to simulating fields which didn't have the safety logic system, I forgot the provision actually existed to allow for them, sorry Dave! I also thought Dave was referring to the video, rather than the regs :) Nope, you were correct. i did misunderstood th...

Re: Coast to Coast now available for FREE!
I've been slowly watching these flights / briefs. Nicely done. Question on Leg 4: KCAE-KMXA Shortly after takeoff, you hear a Pilot request go around due to traffic on the runway. The controller told him that he can land with the traffic on the runway due to the fact the aircraft types permitted it,...

Re: KTUS to KDEN
That's so frustrating. i wish all aircraft has an auto save feature like the ff A320. Sim crashes for me too the other day. Just reloaded the autosave and i was back in business at the exact place i left off at. So only a 10 minute delay. But yeah, i feel your pain.

Android Mirror question
I know lots of people have an IPAD overlay on their YouTube Videos and or Twitch, but does anyone use a similar program to mirror their Android Phone to their Win 10 Desktop? I've looked at many apps, and most have horrible reviews. I tried Samsung Flow, but OBS won't capture the window, since the a...
