I just got word that Ben has added asynchronous object loading to XP10. This means that in a future version of the PE client, the plugin will load virtually instantly by skipping the pre-loading of all of the CSLs. It will then load only the required CSLs as it runs into various aircraft in real time, and them dump them from memory when the aircraft disconnects.

This means that you will no longer be limited to the number of CSLs on your hard drive. Prior to this, each CSL in the library took up memory and increased the sim's load time. This bodes VERY well for the future.
