Anyone using a tablet or whatever able to keep a consistent connection with XP?
Every time I try to use it, I can get it to connect, but it drops within a minute or two.
Though it's a different system, I have no issues with FSX or P3D transmitting over the same WiFi network.
Any thoughts?
thx
Andrew

I don't do it very often, but when I do, it works just fine.

Thanks Keith-Keith Smith wrote:I don't do it very often, but when I do, it works just fine.
Do you have another way of connecting your iPad, or do you just not use it that much?

I don't use it much at home. It's not a skill that I need to practice and the IPad is frequently either dead or 2 floors away from my sim.

Ha ha... well, there's that.Keith Smith wrote:...and the IPad is frequently either dead or 2 floors away from my sim.
I like using mine to most closely replicate what I'm doing in the cockpit, but yes, it has to be charged.
2 floors away shouldn't be that much of a deterrent.
