Firstly let me say that I am a die-hard, super long time sim- fsx and p3dv4.3 person
I have only limited xplane experience but I've been working hard to like it.
Things are very different but interesting.
Here is a question that I have as it relates to the online - pilot edge commands and environment/tools
Is it possible that xplane 11 or your pilotedge interface has a "console" wherein you can type in the .com or .nav or .xpdr codes as you can do with the console for p3d or fsx
I find that thingy very helpful and quick at times
Also, I installed the most recent xplane program from your site and i have no distortion effect
Please let me know about how use and the possibilities for xplane

Re: xplane newbie questions
I'd recommend setting up keyboard or joystick shortcuts for manipulating the com1/2 stdby freqs. Same with NAV and transponder if those are important to you as well.
There is no PE console for xplane...the plugin is as lightweight as possible. There are so many solutions for tuning radios that exist already.
