What advice or howtos are out there on using PE concurrently with SmartCopilot. I don’t understand how to have an intercom channel open while still being able to use PE comms. I would think Windows would complain about two programs mapping to my headset simultaneously. Or am I wrong about this causing a conflict?
Are people having best results with one voice chat tool vs another?
Thank you.

Please make sure you post in the appropriate forum (XPlane, in this case).
I’ve never used SmartCoPilot, however an easy workaround to this could be using one of the voice channels on the PilotEdge Discord with whoever you’re flying with. www.pilotedge.net/discord

Re: SmartCopilot and intercom
There are generally no issues with having two applications accessing the mic at the same time. Anyone who has streamed a PilotEdge flight is doing exactly that (the PE app accesses the mic, along with the streaming software to capture the audio input).
You can use Skype, Discord, TeamSpeak or anything else that strikes your fancy to simulate an intercom.
