Connection error and ATC comm problem

Hi
I've got couple problems.
The first one is during connection PE, I constantly get the error:

"Unable to connect Flight Simulator to the multiplayer session.
You are successfully connected to the Air Traffic Control server,
but in order to see other planes
you will have to join the Pilotedge multiplayer session manually from Flight Simulator"

this error occurs either the plane was placed at the ramp or even the flight hasn't been launched yet( still into main menu)

The second problem relates to ATC communication.
I'm fighting with this issue once i've joined the pilotedge for free trial period.
I can't communicate with ATC, but i can recieve some ATC instructions to the other pilots with no pilot response.
I have read the forum from top to buttom. I tried set to "default" headphone settings many ways (with USB adaptor and e.t.c.)
I tried to launch FS2004 and PE either as Administrator or not.
BUT everything is useless.

I desperately want to solve these problems
any help appreciated. Thanks in advance

I'm assuming that you did read this thread:

Tell us about your router's universal plug and play (UPnP) support.

What happens when you access the PE client and attempt to log into PE?

Someone is going to ask why you are using FS2004 instead of FSX.

When you say you can't communicate with ATC, can you elaborate on exactly where you are parked, when you are testing, which frequency you are calling and how you are triggering the push to talk?
