Hello,
I've just recently signed up for PilotEdge and am trying to connect. I followed the instructions exacltly (even did a clean installation of squawkbox). When I try to connect, FS9 and Squawkbox freeze up and then windows says that the program has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have disable AIBridge and FSINN and was running squawkbox as a seperate application, not as a module. Any help is appreciated.
Best Regards,
Jonathan McLaguin

Re: Sim and Squawkbox Freeze
Some things to try:
1) Can you Verify you're running Squawkbox PE (not the stock Squawkbox)?
2) Is there a headset connected (and set to be the default recording device) prior to starting SB PE?
3) Can you try connecting at a remote airport (PANC, KORD, KMMU, any of those are fine) away from any other drone traffic?

I've tried those things to no avail. I did, however, try it on FSX and it did work so I guess I will have to use that. Thanks for the help.

Re: Sim and Squawkbox Freeze
Good workaround, but obviously a concern that fs9 was a non starter for you.
