Hi,
I installed the pesetup.exe on my machine.
But now, whenever I start FSX (even before starting pesetup.exe), i have the following window appearing: Flight simlator has detected a problem with a third party software program (add-on). Name unknown, version unknown, company unknown, file c:\program files (x86)\PilotEdge\petrans10.exe. Do you want to run this software (not recommended)?
I I answer no, fsx hang and I have to kill it. It will not restart unless I reboot my computer.
Any idea of what may cause this kind of problem?
Pierre

Re: Problem with client
Pierre,
As the installation instructions say, you need to say 'yes' to this question to allow it to run. That's the PilotEdge transponder that you're disallowing.
I'm also moving this thread to the FSX PilotEdge Client Software forum.

Re: Problem with client
hello, Just started a 2 week trial and downloaded/installed client.
I have this exact same problem and error message when I start FSX. Except, when I choose "yes", FSX fails to boot and hangs. I was able to run and accept as trusted software "peaicontrol10.dll"
Any suggestions?

No suggestion for this one, other than removing the reference to it from your FSX dll.xml file and manipulating the transponder mode via the PilotEdge application menus (stdby, normal, etc).
