Error when trying to install

I'm trying to install the client and before It will even install I get ( an error occurred while trying to modify Flisht Simulator X configuration files.)

Is FSX running at the time?

no. the error happens right after it asks where you would like to install the client

I searched the source code on the installer. This occurs while trying to modify the DLL.XML file in the c:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX folder. Any chance you can email that file to support@pilotedge.net?

making the file not hidden and allowing access to write to worked. Now when I try to sign in I get an error that states ( an error occered while connecting to air trafficcontrol server)

Good to hear that you got it installed. Your login is failing because of a previous trial account. Check your email for more info.
