P.S. The GTN navigation database may well be out of date, but so is FSX's depiction of many of the airports. Ramps, taxiways, etc. are often outdated.
X-Plane is probably the way to go for the best IFR experience in PE. VFR is slightly easier in FSX, because the airports are often more obvious from afar
