I discovered that the transponder Ident function does not work on the Lionheart Whittman Tailwind (an awesome little plane, imo) when requesting flight following in PE. Apparently a common issue in many FSX planes. I found the FSOpen addon file that enables the Ident function. Has anyone tried this? It sounds like a great solution to a needed function.

Hey Skudrunner. It doesn't work with my A2A Cessna 182 either. I just use the button that is on the little radio splash screen for pilotedge. Either that or open up the client and the transponder is in one of the drop down menus.

Thanks! I did not realize the Ident button on the PE com panel would work with the transponder (although what else would it be for? duh...)
