FSX. I've done a little bit of further research, found out about the Joker software and did the mapping, but couldn't get it right yet. I'll keep trying.

It shouldn't be too hard. Set the PTT key in PE to be a certain key, then have Joker trigger that same key.
If it's not working, then try pressing the key yourself. If it's not working, then it's not an issue with Joker or the joystick. It could be that you're running FSX as Administrator. If so, that's a known issue that will cause the PTT to fail (because FSX starts swallowing the keypress before PE can even see it).
