Well. A thing I have learned with fse. Don't chase the money. Then it's likely you get burnout and that's not fun. I don't fly on fse for the v cash anymore.
Flying mainly for chilkoot who pays a salary each month depending on how many flights and how good the group did go. They have in fact a small network in PE area now.

There is many groups but it's individual what fits everyone best.

And are we able to lease aircrafts to flying penguin club?
