Just noticed that San Diego (KSNA) FBO is for sale for the low price of 500 million!!!! WOW.

Does anyone associated with the PE/FSE community have that kind of v$'s?

With an annual monthly average of 409 movements, How long it would take to offer a return on investment? Just wondering.

That was only purchased around a year ago for an undisclosed fee, that's silly money to be honest.

I think you'd see an ROI right around the time the Sun was getting ready to engulf the Earth. It's going to take some time.

More realistically, I suspect the owner is probably open to offers.

If someone from PE were to make the purchase, I'd suspect a lot of FSE pilots not familiar with PE would start wondering why the penguins have been migrating North
