Post by MikeG »

Here are a few screenies from our group flight from Bakersfield to Montgomery on the 7th of December.
I hope you will be able to recognize the location.

Looks like 1) Grapevine/5 Fwy near lake Castaic, 2) over metro LA/Hollywood hills, 3) port of Long Beach.

Nice shots. Is that FSX or XP? I hope to join one of those group flights, if I can just get away from work long enough.

Nice shots!

It's FSX...you can tell by the PE transponder window.

I was wondering about that... Clearly I haven't spent much time with FSX.

In all fairness, I looked up his call sign in PEAware and there's the flight profile and aircraft ICAO code. Not to hard too figure it out from there.

The plane is a Turbine Duke and the scenery is Photoscenery.
