Video of the Real 737-200 Sim on PilotEdge Birthday Flyin

Post by raflyer »

Took a video of the action tonight during the PE 4yr Birthday fly-in. It was a blast! Botched my read back to so cal approach as he caught me at a busy time. Foreflight actually locked up on me while readingt he ILS plate to 24L. Got it sorted out and had a greaser landing. My phone went dead during the final approach but this will give you a good idea of the way I see PE from my Sim. Please ignore the incompleteness of the Sim as I have allot more work to do. ;)
Enjoy!

I built an ASI once. I bow before your superior cockpit building skills. :) Very cool stuff!

Just curious- why the lack of visual displays? Seems like you've got everything else except the monitors!

Thanks Guys!

Kevin,
Visuals will come eventually. I'm in a rental home right now do to work so when I get a more long term location, I will then determine the route I want to go, Projectors or multiple TV's The video doesnt do it justice, It's not bad in person as it is a 47" TV

Ah, that makes sense. Yes, the video definitely doesn't do justice...had no idea the TV was that large.
