And he nails it. I don't know if this is routine for IFR pilots, but it sure impressed me (btw, in another video he talks about the beeping that you'll hear periodically. Apparently the Metroliner makes that sound when you use the electric pitch trim on the yoke):

Agreed, Dave has some great content. I really like his laid back but professional manner.
