The screenshot above is from X-Plane, not FSX. As Marcus mentioned, he's using
SkyMaxx Pro v3 for clouds and flying the
Saab 340A by Leading Edge Simulations.
For FSX cloud textures take a look at something like the
REX Soft Clouds/Texture Direct Bundle.

Hi thanks for the info, I am also having problems with synchronizing my nose wheel with the rudder using Saitek Pro Yoke, ailerons and nose wheel work okay but rudder is dead.
can you help with this problem, I am not using rudder/steering pedals, can't afford right now but will purchase in future.

I used the same FSX setup (Saitek pro yoke & TQ) but I just purchased rudder pedals. Before that I had things pretty well set up through FSUIPC. Are you assigning axes through FSUIPC and using FSX Autorudder? I can help. PM me and I'll send you my email so you can send me your FSUIPC.ini and fsx.cfg files to look at.
BTW, I get similar cloud textures on FSX using REX TD with Soft Clouds and Active Sky Next.
