Today I had a nice and intens SIM session with a VFR pilot who flies at Eindhoven Airport (EHEH). We wanted to test VFR into IMC flight scenarios, something that can happen to any VFR pilot. Trick is not to loose control of the aircraft and fly the aircraft using Instruments only until back into VMC conditions.
We were flying the Beechcraft Baron to practice this. In the video we were on our way to Tilburg just before entering IMC conditions.
I was using the X-Plane control pad software to gradually degrading the conditions to low clouds, zero visiblity, wind and turbulence which worked remarkably well.
