I know there will be changes in the training program, as was discussed in a few other threads. Until then, can we skip the I-9 and just make it optional for now?

Re: Can we skip the I-9?
Negative, the rating still stands for now, it just means you have to pick up a jet for the time being.
Re: Can we skip the I-9?
When I did the I-9, I tried to choose the simplest jet. Nonetheless, the automation spent the entire flight trying to kill me. Especially at the end!
I never figured out why the throttles kept going to idle after I joined the ILS. I cleared the airport fence by mere inches on the verge of a stall.
Passed, though... Yay for jets!

Re: Can we skip the I-9?
In planning for the I-9 I noticed a speed restriction of 280 kias at the GRAMM intersection. The only jet I fly is the Citation Mustang, which is limited to 250 kias. So, do I need to get a faster jet, or can the restriction be waived?
TIA for any advice.
