Today I passed my V1 test, three patterns at KSNA, I'm very pleased.
What did I learn:
Keep calm, even if the controller ask you to do something which was not expected. I trained this pattern work many time, online and offline.
This time the controller asked me, while on downwind, to change the transponder code from 1200 to 1201 most probably to be able to identify 2 VFR flights which were close, I didn't get it the first time right( changed to 1210 in stead) but this was corrected .
I also noticed that my transponder control panel is physically very difficult to reach, so I have to change the setup in my Sim to enable easier access to the transponder.
Passed my V1 rating exam.

There is no feeling like passing that first test. I remember mine from years ago on PilotEdge.
Congratulations, and now I'm sure you'll find things a little less intimidating. Great Job!!!!!

V3 was scary from the bottom of V1, but Class B transitions are some of the coolest. Picked up the Glitter Gulch scenery on the ORG's sale for X-Plane, and I'm itching to try the ROCKS2 into VGT.
