Hello,
what is the meaning of the abbreviation CW in the expression "PDZ R-091 CW R-140" written in the
"IFR Takeoff minimums and (obstical) departure procedures" for Corona,CA ?

CW=Clock Wise.

CCW=Counter Clock Wise.

The note applies to the R-091 radial going Clock Wise until reaching the R-140 radial.
