CAT-10 hairs lost

Post by AeroEng »

Just passed my CAT-10, had amazing controllers that were on it today and got me transferred fairly quick. However, I must say the mini-route might be one of the most stressful things I've done in the sim skies, the amount of frequency transfers in the amount of time is CRAZY. Definitely had my heart rate up!

I haven't taken the CAT-10 rating yet, but I read the test requirement, so I can fully understand the stress.

If I have to hold just outside the LAX Bravo waiting for the clearance, I would be prepared to use the GPS for a holding pattern or use the autopilot for 360 turns (with wind corrections).
