The WHERE page now contains links to skyvector.com maps that show the lateral bounds of the Oakland (norcal) and Los Angeles (socal) ARTCC's.
This way, you can easily find out if a desired airport is within the coverage area. Another way to check this is to use skyvector.com or airnav.com to pull up basic stats about an airport and check the associated ARTCC field.

Very cool, especially for those of us who don't live in California and are not familiar with anything outside of Disneyland.
