Obstacle Departure Procedure for Jun 29 flights

Post by Keith Smith »

The Obstacle Departure Procedure (ODP) is a textual procedure that is published for airports where a standard gradient climb (200ft/nm) will not provide adequate terrain clearance in all directions. It is rarely assigned by ATC, but can still flown in lieu of any other course guidance being provided in the clearance.

Here are the procedures for REI and UDD for Wednesday's upcoming beta. This information can be found in the Take-off Minimums document, easily accessible from most sites where charts are being provided (airnav.com, skyvector.com, myairplane.com, etc).

Note: "CW" means 'clockwise' in the descriptions below.
